Legereum Blockchain Technologies provides blockchain development, software development, web development, and mobile application development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without prior written consent

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Legereum Blockchain Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the custom deliverables as specified in the applicable SOW. Legereum retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in the delivery of services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request before any project discussions begin.

Payment terms are specified in the applicable SOW or Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit is required before work commences
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• Legereum reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legereum Blockchain Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

For professional services, any warranties are limited to those expressly stated in the applicable SOW.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
